  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.
  • Evolta retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

We respect client confidentiality. All proprietary information shared with Evolta will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Evolta is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
